Returns & Refunds Policy

At Everyday Select, operated by Richard Davis – Sole Proprietor, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our apparel. We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive a defective product or need to return a new, non-customized item, please review our policy below.

Please Note: We do not offer exchanges. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details before making a purchase. If you wish to change an item, you will need to follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Defective Products: If the product you received is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is incorrect due to our error.
  • New, Non-Customized Products: The product must be new, unused, unwashed, in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. This applies only to our standard, non-customized apparel.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or are not in their original condition.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
  • Gift cards.

2. Return Window

You must initiate a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. Returns requested outside of this 30-day window will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective Products: If your return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, Everyday Select will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.
  • New, Non-Customized Products (Non-Defective): If you are returning a new, non-customized product for any other reason (e.g., incorrect size chosen by customer, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] within the 30-day return window.
  2. Provide Information: In your email, please include:
    • Your Order Number.
    • The Item(s) you wish to return.
    • Reason for Return:
      • For Defective Products: A clear description of the defect and attach clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
      • For New, Non-Customized Products: Briefly state your reason for return.
  3. Await Instructions: Our customer support team will review your request within 24 hours and provide you with return authorization and detailed instructions, including the return shipping address and, if applicable, a pre-paid shipping label.
  4. Package Your Item: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible, including all tags and accessories.
  5. Ship Your Return: Ship the package according to the instructions provided by our support team. For returns where the customer is responsible for shipping, please ensure you use a trackable method.

5. Return Processing and Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo an inspection process.

  • Return Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive your return for us to process and inspect the item(s).
  • Refund Processing Time: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal). Please allow approximately 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.
  • Declined Returns: If a return does not meet our eligibility criteria (e.g., worn, washed, damaged by customer, outside return window), we reserve the right to deny the refund. In such cases, the item may be returned to you at your expense.

6. No Exchanges

As stated above, Everyday Select does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change a size, color, or style, you must return the original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.
